Interstate 29 in the Great Plains
Within the Great Plains, Interstate 29 (I-29) runs north-south from the US-Canada border near Pembina, North Dakota, to Kansas City, Missouri/Kansas. I-29 is one of the few interstates that is entirely contained within the Great Plains – including a distance on the east side of the Missouri River. It runs 755 miles in length.
